DESCRIPTION

This is the AQB approved 7 hour national USPAP update that appraisers are required to complete every other year.  This class has been approved by the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisers Commission.

The class will focus on practical applications you face on many typical assignments.  This could possibly be one of the few USPAP courses you enjoy!
