DESCRIPTION
2024: Mid-Year, New GAR Contracts course will be held IN PERSON.
The recent lawsuits and NAR rules have caused a shift in how we conduct business which necessitated major changes in the GAR contract forms. This course will provide the rationale for the changes and how to effectively use the forms.
