Nigrelli will provide an overivew of the changes established by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to the Integrated Mortgage Disclosures under the Truth In Lending Act (TILA) and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). In addition to the new settlement forms, Nigrelli will review:
- Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosures
- Timing rules
- Problem areas under the new rules
