DESCRIPTION

All members are invited to spend the afternoon with the Tennessee Housing Development Authority (THDA). 

THDA's Executive Director, Ralph M. Perrey, will:

• Provide an overview of all that THDA does for home buyers and REALTORS^®
• Highlight recent changes to the THDA mortgage program
• Share a sneak peak atTHDA's conventional product
• Offer his perspective on the housing market

Following the presentation, Ralph will answer your questions about THDA's programs and services.
