DESCRIPTION

This 2-hour session covers all of the aspects of CNE’s home ownership seminars, which enables realtors to understand the curriculum that is presented to CNE’s clients and what type of counseling the clients receive through our programs. This session will also give an opportunity for realtors to ask questions and better understand the process of HUD-approved housing counseling.

The first hour and a half will be presenting on the process of HUD counseling and going through the Home buyer Flowchart, and the last half will be questions and answer time. The overall program will give the realtors an understanding of how CNE’s process works and give realtors tips on how to talk to their customers about the overall process.

We are going paperless. Print/download the handout and bring to class.
