This course explores what services most buyers are looking for in an agent. According to NAR surveys, the 2nd most important thing a buyer is looking for in an agent, is help negotiating! During this class you will learn how to use & how to counter various negotiation techniques. We will also disucss new-era negotiation strategies including dealing with i-buyers.
