DESCRIPTION

Join us in this fast-paced conversation that expands the concept of diversity and inclusion beyond the Fair Housing Act. Learn about diversity fatigue, unconscious bias, and how labels can diminish relationships and opportunities to connect. Identify and customize simple, repeatable action steps that will provide measurable results. Inspire continued conversation and start building trust and equitability within your sphere: community, clients, staff, agents and peers. Attendees will participate in a Think Tank during the second hour, practicing tools learned in the first session, utilizing questions and activities geared toward creating an action plan specific to topics related to diversity inclusion goals.
