DESCRIPTION

This course will go over the evolution of credit, types of credit and how credit scores are created and maintained, how to rebuild credit, scams to watch out for and how to protect yourself from identity theft. It also covers mortgage planning in advance for long term homeownership, summarizes “Cost of Homeownership”, “Cost of Lifestyle”, “Whole Home Performance”, financial wisdom, home revisions, repairs, and retrofits. As well as, goes over various plans in paying off your mortgage early.
