"Basic Principles of Equity Marketing" 3 Hours CE for TN & GA

This introductory program is a snapshot of the "how-to's" of the equity marketing world. It will explore the players, methods of acquisition and disposition, building and presenting a marketing package, counseling & the use of real estate formulas to close transactions. We will discuss the large opportunity to network through attendance at marketing meetings and using the meeting room as a resource. As a result of taking this program, the participant will understand that concepts presented and will be able to begin practicing the concepts immediately which will result in more sales.
