Zoom in for #FlexFridays with our MLS Coordinator, Bethani Miller. Each month, she dives into a specific Flexmls feature and related MLS Rules.

There's so much you can do with your listings. We'll cover:

•  Adding a listing traditionally and using the “Copy” function for efficiency

•  Editing listing details and changing the status

•  Using the hidden gem - Listing Activity Reports

•  Entering a Comps Only listing and when it’s appropriate to use

•  Using settings to get notifications about your listings

•  Learning the MLS rules associated to ensure you remain compliant
