This course will teach you how to build a successful business by avoiding the pitfalls of why real estate agents fail. Real estate statistics show 80% of agents fail within their first year, and 65% within five years. Brokers often invest time and resources to train their agents on how to be successful but it is up to the agent to find their path to success. One of the best resources for a success roadmap is to look at the common reasons why agents fail, and equally important, understand how to avoid these pitfalls. This course is designed to provide new agents a success road map to follow but also supports the experienced agent who isn’t satisfied with their current level of success. Success is a combination of knowing what to do and how to do what needs to be done. This is the foundation for a success road map so new agents have a greater opportunity to succeed.
