Registration is now open for training on your new Residential MLS system, Flexmls! Choose from a variety of dates/times to best accommodate your schedule.

NOTE: Training is REQUIRED* of all residential MLS Participants and Subscribers.

Unlicensed assistants and office administrators are encouraged to attend training and may register via the link below using the same username/password currently used to login to ListIT. 

You are welcome to bring your own laptop or tablet but are not required to do so. 

HANDOUTS: There are no handouts to download prior to training. Any printed materials will be provided by FlexMLS the day of training. 

*Any person required and unable to attend training February 9-13, should email support@gcar.net with an explanation of the extenuating circumstances, which will be considered by the MLS Directors.

Countdown to February 16 Launch of FlexMLS 

Monday, February 2, 2 pm: Anxious to see what's in store with FlexMLS? Join us for a webinar! Those who participate will have early access to FlexMLS in read-only mode. During this "preview" period, the data will not be 100% current and some third-party vendors (i.e., CRS, Supra, TransactionDesk) will not yet be fully integrated into FlexMLS. However, this webinar is an opportunity to see all the good stuff in store.

Monday, February 9 through Friday, February 13: FlexMLS Staff will be in Chattanooga to conduct training. Each session is limited to 100 persons. Register online for a training session that best fits your schedule.

Friday, February 13, 3 pm - Sunday, February 15: ListIT goes to read-only mode at 3 pm on Friday. Over this weekend, ListIT remains in read-only mode and sends one last "data dump" to FlexMLS in preparation for going live on Monday. During this time, listings cannot be added/edited in either platform.

Monday, February 16: FlexMLS goes live with all current data and add/edit functionality. Happy dance.
