CNE will discuss their new Housing for One Chattanooga Down Payment Assistance - a first-time home buyer down payment assistance program, which includes up to $10,000 in closing cost assistance and loans of up to $50,000, depending on family size and income. This initiative is in partnership with the City of Chattanooga.
