DESCRIPTION
Using an interactive workshop format and discussion of actual case studies, gain an understanding of real estate exchanges. Focus on methods to recognize when a client or customer might be a candidate for an exchange, and the proper counseling to provide during the process from negotiations through closing. Become familiar with properly completing an exchange purchase and sale agreement.
