This month's guest speaker is Attorney Karen Ingle of Battlefield Title. Ingle will explain the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Final RESPA/TILA Integrated Disclosure Rule, which goes into effect on August 1, 2015. This Rule mandates the use of new disclosure forms (Loan Estimate & Closing Disclosure), which replace what we now know as the GFE, TIL and the HUD-1. The new Rule also mandates new timelines for delivery of the new disclosures.
