DESCRIPTION

Please join us for an extremely important meeting regarding the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s (TDEC) efforts to force Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4)  throughout the state to create and enforce ordinances that regulate newly and redeveloped sites and to require numeric stormwater retention standards.

The presentation and discussion will focus on proposed revisions to the state’s general permit for municipal separate storm sewer systems. Presenters include:
