DESCRIPTION

Radon for Real Estate Professionals class will be held IN PERSON at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® (2963 Amnicola Highway).

This course provides information about properly installed radon mitigation systems, along with an overview of radon, radon levels in homes, radon mitigation standards, available system checklists from national programs and regulatory states, an item by item review of the ASHI Radon Mitigation System Checklist, and lots of Q and A about mitigation systems and performance.

Course material will be provided during class.
