DESCRIPTION

Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) Certification 2-Day Course will be held IN PERSON at Chattanooga State Community College.

Who is it for?

The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients. Watch Adorna's 90-second video about the class.

How to Earn It:

Education - Complete the two-day course. There is NO exam requirement for this certification.

Application - The application will be sent to you after you’ve completed the required courses.

Cost - Once completing the steps above, there is a one-time application fee of $159.
