Responding to Sales Objections

DESCRIPTION

When you hear, "No" or "Maybe", it can mean something must be resolved before they will say "Yes", they have an "OBJECTION". Do NOT consider an objection as negative. When you follow the Objection Handling Process (OHP) to respond to an objection you will increase your sales. This class will equip you with the tools needed to change a "NO" to a "YES".
