DESCRIPTION

Seven Things That Keep My Broker Awake at Night class will be held IN PERSON. 

This course touches upon topics that currently create stress for REALTORS® and their brokers. Topics include: the use of social media by agents, handling of multiple offers, the use of the "coming soon" method of advertising, how to handle unrepresented buyers, operating a team, lack of knowing what is in the contract and earnest money issues.

Course materials will be emailed prior to class.
