DESCRIPTION

This is a detailed examination of the Tennessee REALTORS® Purchase and Sales Agreement and the other disclosures and complimentary forms that go along with a transaction. The purpose is to help the agents understand, as well as helping agents explain to their clients, the forms used in a real estate transaction in Tennessee. The class will also cover the 2018 Tennessee REALTORS® contract changes. 

We have gone paperless, however there is not a handout for this class.
