DESCRIPTION

This course will serve to introduce licensees to the practice of researching and purchasing delinquent property tax parcels of real estate from the county government at public auction, and how a successful bid may lead to obtaining free and clear title through a clerk & master deed to the subject real property, while earning continuing education credit for broker or affiliate license renewal.
