This course covers the commercial and residential Landlord and Tenant laws generally and a review of the 2011 amendments to the Landlord & Tenant Act. This will assist professional property managers and Realtors with understanding and complying with Tennessee Law.

We have gone paperless, however there is not a handout that you need to print for this class.
