This course covers today's hottest topic in real estate, the Dodd-Frank Act!  Together we will review how the Dodd-Frank Act is changing the face of real estate, including the powers of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a review of real cases, some of the fines the CFPB has handed down and current investigations against real estate licensees.  Many of the regulatory changes that will impact the real estate transaction including the Ability to Repay Act, the new Valuations rules and the impact on the property appraisal, the new Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure forms.  Maybe you have taken a TRID class but there is so much more.  Join us for the whole story!  Real estate will never be the same.
