Attention new and veteran leaders and all volunteers! Session is open to all. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer leader or looking in the future to serve on a committee, as a committee chair, or run for the board , this program is for YOU and your opportunity to:
- Hone your skills and discover new ideas for effective leadership
- Enhance your personal and professional business by giving real work, in-the-trenches information.

Adorna definitely puts all the pieces together so members understand not only the basics but how each position fits with others. Topics include:

- Antitrust
- Voting on more than one level of the organization
- How votes and actions get implemented
