Understanding 1031 Exchanges class will be held IN PERSON.

Join us as we explores the history, evolution, rules, and forms of the strategy used to defer tax liability until a later date. Loaded with real-life examples and calculations, this class allows agents to learn the vocabulary and application of tax-free exchanges so they are better able to answer client questions and work through a 1031 Exchanges. Taught by veteran agent, Moren Adenubi, who has performed 1031 Exchanges personally and for clients. This content will work you through the application and how-to for residential and commercial agents alike.
