This course is for various Boards of Realtors. It will supply tools the Realtor can use to be more professional, through the use of Real Estate Counseling. "Understanding the client is as important as understanding the real estate". Proper use of counseling will give the professional Realtor a new understanding of his/her client and open new alternatives to marketing the listed real estate.
