DESCRIPTION

The first-ever televised presidential debate demonstrated the power of a visual vs. audio presentation. Those who listened on the radio thought Nixon won the debate, while those watching the broadcast on TV thought Kennedy won.

Hence, the power behind the statement “a picture is worth a 1000 words.”

When an agent meets with a prospective seller or buyer that agent shares his or her “story” - what the agent will do to help the prospect sell or buy a property and achieve their goals. But all too often the agent shares the story through words alone.

If you want to increase your presentation’s clarity, demonstrate your professionalism, and help your prospect retain your "story," you must engage your prospect in your presentation. The words of your story need to be supported with effective visuals.

The result? Increased listings and sales!
