REALTORS® in the Greater Chattanooga area are gearing up for the spring home buying season. Plans are in the works for the first annual Greater Chattanooga Area Open House Weekend scheduled for May 17-18. This event is an extension of the National Open House Weekend that was previously managed by the National Association of REALTORS®.
In anticipation of Open House Weekend, REALTORS® currently are contacting sellers to confirm open house dates and times. We want to showcase as many homes as possible across the Chattanooga and Northwest Georgia areas.
We’re so excited about Open House Weekend and see it as a wonderful opportunity for both buyers and sellers to preview and showcase all that our local market has to offer. Open houses will be scheduled all across our market area in southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia.
Whether you seek to sell or buy, contact your REALTOR® to discuss how you can make the most of Open House Weekend. For sellers, there’s still time to get on the open house schedule, as well as plant a few spring flowers for the extra curb appeal. For buyers, you’ll want to monitor what properties are on the market and chart your course for visiting open houses.
