Georgia Licensees: Two Classes Just for YOU!
Next week, Greg Dunn will spend two days (November 13-14) in Chattanooga teaching the GREC Broker Responsibilities and GREC Trust Account classes. Each class provides 6 hours of CE credit (GA only) and is only $20/class. Both classes are appropriate for brokers and salespeople, who own or manage rental property and/or handle earnest money. Also encouraged to attend are non-licensed staff (i.e., bookeepers, accounting managers, legal support). Register online today!

While we aren't yet using Spring (new residential MLS platform) to Add/Edit listings, you already have lead management capabilities. Agents already are receiving leads and brokers can control how much time their agents have to retrieve those leads before they go into the office pool.
