Online Voting for 2014 Officers & Directors Begins Tuesday, October 1
Electronic voting for 2014 Officers & Directors is upon us! On Tuesday, October 1, all REALTORS will receive an email from announcement@associationvoting.com directing you to www.associationvoting.com/gcar for online voting on these 2014 Officer & Director Candidates. Should you overlook the email, or share an email account with another member, you can always go directly to the URL to cast your vote. Once you have voted, you will get a confirmation that your ballot has been cast, and you will not be able to login in again or cast an additional ballot. Electronic voting will be available until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 8. The election results will be announced at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, October 9, 8:30 am. RSVP online.
Proposed Bylaws Amendment
The Annual Meeting will include a "State of the Association" update from President Mark Blazek and the presentation and voting on a Proposed Bylaws Amendment. This amendment is recommended by the Board of Directors and would create staggered two-year terms for Directors.
River Counties Hosts TREC Education Seminar
The River Counties Association of REALTORS will host a TREC Education Seminar on Tuesday, October 8 at 1 pm and will cover TREC Updates on Laws, Regulations & Education, plus an E & O Policy Review.
