This course is to assist the licensee with becoming more comfortable with the real estate industry and gain insight, tips and techniques to move their real estate career to a new level while maintaining the rules and laws required by local, state and federal laws. It will take them step by step through the things they should know and understand in the business. It will also explain to them that this is "their" business and they are responsible for their business practices.
