Key topics include: How to perform a lease analysis to determine the difference between a landlords' quoted rent and the tenants effective rent over the life of the lease. How to compose aggressive negotiation proposals for the lowest base rent and longest free-rent for tenants. Dr. Johnson holds a Masters in Teaching from Belmont and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Trevecca. Entering into his 14th year in the field of education, he has served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, athletic director, director of high schools and most recently, Chief Academic Officer (CAO). While serving as CAO for Clarksville- Montgomery County Schools he led the district to being recognized as #1 in the state for student academic growth for two consecutive years. He played a key role in the transition to blended learning (1:1) within the middle and high schools, STEM programming as well as the continuation of college and career academies within each of the high schools. He is married to Candy Johnson and they have two children Malia (16) and Bryan Jr. (6). Both of his kids attend schools in Hamilton County.
