Home Warranty: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly classes will be held IN PERSON.

This course will give you a general understanding of what a home warranty covers and does not cover, how it can protect a seller and agents liability in the transaction, and the latest legal updates regarding the home warranty industry.

Radon for Real Estate Professionals class will be held IN PERSON at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® (2963 Amnicola Highway).

This course provides information about properly installed radon mitigation systems, along with an overview of radon, radon levels in homes, radon mitigation standards, available system checklists from national programs and regulatory states, an item by item review of the ASHI Radon Mitigation System Checklist, and lots of Q and A about mitigation systems and performance.
