On August 1, 2015, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will be implementing changes to mortgage applications and settlements that are designed to make it easier for consumers to review the terms of their loan. Attend this seminar to learn how these changes may affect your business.

In this course we will review several different technologies that are available to increase efficiency and decrease expenses. Course participants will learn how to create a Performance Tracking Spreadsheet and how to monitor their performance month by month in order to achieve their goals. We will cover how to develop and effective marketing plan, become familiar with buying and selling management accounts, examine the cost and effectiveness of several advertising options. Course participants will also review ideas to increase gross income to improve net income as well as several technologies that improve productivity to reduce expenses. Using modern technology can offer owners online statements, payment by direct deposit, and on line portals to view their accounts. Residents can also use portals to pay rent, review their accounts, and report maintenance problems. This is a course you don't want to miss!

It will cover the features of a home that promotes energy efficiency. Agents will also learn about the EPB Smart Build Program that is going on in our area and how to involve homebuyers and contractors. Along with tips and ways to promoting energy efficient homes, programs available to identify upgrades to make a home more energy efficient and stay ahead of the curve!
