Come and discover a whole new world in real estate. After October 3, the real estate industry will be in the middle of sweeping changes. The CFPB (A Federal Regulatory Agency created in 2010) is imposing new disclosure regulations on Residential Lenders along with new disclosure time lines which have the potential to cause delays in closings. The HUD1 will no longer be used for residential purchases and sales involving loans. There will not be a HUD1. Instead, there will be a Closing Disclosure produced 3 full days prior to closing and delivered to the consumer by the creditor. There will be a whole new vocabulary.
Featuring Guest Speakers:

• Deanna Cooper, Attorney at Law, Farrar & Bates TAR Counsel and Voice of the TAR Hotline
