This is an important, yet motivational, and informative educational session designed for principal, managing and extra brokers as well as team leaders with an emphasis on understanding the potential ramifications of the current and future NAR, MLS, DOJ and real estate company lawsuits. Attendees will:

Be updated on the latest lawsuits / ligation currently affecting the associations, real estate companies, NAR and MLS’s.

Learn the possible effects of the lawsuits and how they affect business practices today and what it will look like going forward.

Examine the history of how “agency” has changed and what types of representation will come in the future.

Review what’s next. Where do we go from here in setting goals and implementing policies/procedures for future client and business success.
